IMBIRUÇU FARM

Located less than 1 km from the charming village of Serra Grande and just 2 km from the paradisiacal Pé-de-Serra beach, Sítio Imbiruçu lies within a lush fragment of the Atlantic Forest—one of the world's most biodiverse and threatened biomes—at the heart of southern Bahia.

The farm's project began in 2017 with full respect for the environment. Situated on land that was once part of Fazenda Serra Grande, Imbiruçu was carefully planned within an old coconut grove, ensuring harmony between nature and the built space.

Farm Features

- Regularized Documentation: Own registry recorded at the Uruçuca Land Registry Office.
- Boundaries and Security: Enclosed with eucalyptus stakes, smooth and barbed wires, and concrete markers at geographic coordinates specified in the deed.
- Abundant Water Supply: Two natural springs with cisterns provide ample water for the entire property.
- Environmental Conservation: Strictly protected Permanent Preservation Area (APP) and Legal Reserve, fostering the regeneration and preservation of the Atlantic Forest.
- Rich Biodiversity: Home to native wildlife such as sloths, tamanduas, foxes, and 89 recorded bird species.

Production and Landscaping

The former coconut grove has been transformed into a diverse orchard with thriving fruit trees, including cacao, mango, lychee, banana, açaí, avocado, and more. Hundreds of ornamental, edible, and medicinal plant species enhance the breathtaking landscaping.
